Talent Stacker Project
As a member of a highly collaborative team of four, I played a crucial role in breaking down project requirements and ensuring their successful implementation. Working closely with my teammates, we effectively communicated with our client/project manager to incorporate feedback and continuously improve the quality of our end product. In this particular project, our client utilized the Nonprofit Success Pack to track program contacts and their journey from initial Salesforce certification to eventually landing a job. To meet their specific needs, my team was tasked with completing just over sixty requirements within a tight three-week timeframe. With careful planning, diligent execution, and a keen eye for detail, we were able to deliver a highly effective solution that met and exceeded the expectations of our client.
Project Overview-Created custom objects, including junction objects, to store program information and design data table relationships-Updated page layouts to improve data organization and the end-user experience-Utilized a PDF generator from Salesforce App Exchange to produce "Member Progress Reports"-Designed a reusable template for "Member Progress Reports" using merge fields to input necessary information in a sequential manner-Compiled summary and matrix reports to display program KPIs based on daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly intervals-Implemented flows that automate business processes, improve efficiency, and reduce the chance of data errors-Organized user dashboard to present key reports and goals-Provided an org demo for project manager and client upon project completion-Developed user training videos to guide users on system use and the completion of complex tasks within the Salesforce org.

Reports and DashboardsThese are samples of dashboard components and the associated reports I created.
FlowsHere are two examples of flows that I created. Both were designed to determine the eligibility of a member to become a program leader. The flows are record-triggered and update an eligibility picklist based on various data points of the member.

Outdoors for Youth
Outdoors for Youth (OFY) is a non-profit that operates a summer camp for youth. I work as their Salesforce administrator to improve data management, streamline business processes, and leverage the power of Salesforce to increase the impact of the organization.
Registration PlatformOverview
One of the bigger projects taken on for OFY was improving the registration system. OFY used a third-party registration software that worked well, but had some issues they hoped to solve:1) It was fairly expensive. Often adding $20-40 to each registration order (passed on to registrants).
2) No integration with Salesforce, requiring manual data migration.
3) Limited payment gateways.
4) The registration form only allowed one participant to be registered at a time. Parents sending multiple participants had to fill out the same form for each participant and complete separate payment transactions.
Requirements
The new system needed to meet the following requirements:
1) An easy-to-navigate UI for end-users.
2) Ability to handle multiple transactions at the same time without affecting the user experience.
3) Two-way integration with Salesforce (preferably a low to no code option).
4) Ability to pull dynamic lists from Salesforce (important for managing inventory in real-time).
5) E-signature feature to sign an assumption of risk.
6) Payment connectors for ease of processing payment.
7) Reduce the overall registration platform cost (felt by the business and registrants).Nice-To-Have
1) Ability to register multiple participants in the same registration transaction.
2) Support more than one payment gateway to reduce lower processing fees.
3) Can handle discount schemes currently used by the organization.
Solution
After looking at several options, OFY choose to go with FormAssembly as the solution to their registration platform needs.

Implementation
The implementation of the new registration platform through FormAssembly had three major components.
1) Architect and build a functional and scalable data model in Salesforce.
2) Build out the registration forms to collect the necessary information in the proper way.
3) Connect FormAssembly and Salesforce for a seamless data connection. In the end, this project provided an improved experience for OFY's clients and enhanced OFY's ability to collect and manage registration data.

Salesforce Development
I have started venturing into the world of code recently. It is fascinating to learn and challenging to learn, but I have enjoyed it. Here are a couple development projects I have been part of.
Custom Order Creation from an OpportunityPart of my current role is QA testing. Whenever an internal release is deployed, I am responsible for understanding what is in the package and ensuring the enhancements/fixes are working correctly.During a particular release, we needed to create an order in our custom object from an opportunity to test how an "external" order functioned. While a flow may have been a suitable option, code was preferred because it matched how our client operated, and they would be using this enhancement heavily.I wrote the code to test the feature and see if it worked properly.
EPOSOrderCreation Class and Methods
Opportunity Trigger
Product Injector LWCA partner we work with needed a way to simulate a product pull from an external system (they would use this for demos). We decided that an LWC that injected certain products with an "order ID" would work well for this purpose. I developed, tested, and deployed an LWC to meet this requirement.LWC Function
-User enters an ID in the input field and hits "Sync with SIS."
-A query runs and pulls a list of products that match the entered ID (held in a custom field).
-The list of products are inserted into the order.
